(E)-1,2-Dichloroethene is a stereoisomer of (Z)-1,2-Dichloroethene (D434365) which is a synthetic intermediate of solvents and chlorinated compounds. It is mainly used as a solvent for resins, fats, perfumes, dyes, paints, plastics thermosensitive, phenols, etc., also used to extract sensitive products cold to heat (caffeine, rubber, fragrant fat, etc).
