Synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human IVNS1ABP
This gene encodes a protein which interacts with the nonstructural NS1 protein of the influenza A virus. In noninfected cells, affinity-purified antibodies localized this protein in nuclear regions enriched with the spliceosome assembly factor SC35, suggesting an association with the cellular splicing apparatus. In influenza A virus-infected cells, the protein relocalized throughout the nucleoplasm and appeared distinct from the SC35 domains, which suggests that its function may be disturbed or altered. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
