Synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human LGALS3
LGALS3 is a galactose-specific lectin which binds IgE. IT may mediate with the alpha-3, beta-1 integrin the stimulation by CSPG4 of endothelial cells migration. Together with DMBT1, it is required for terminal differentiation of columnar epithelial cells during early embryogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
