TNFRSF25, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 25, is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily that binds to the TNF-like protein TL1A. TNFRSF25 signals are required to exert T helper cell 2 effector function in Th2-polarized CD4 cells and co-stimulate interleukin-13 production by glycosphingolipidactivated NKT cells. Its axis is a novel immune pathway that participates in the pathogenesis of a variety of autoimmune rheumatic diseases. These molecules may be promising therapeutic targets for inflammatory arthritis. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa25-199 from human DR3/TNFRSF25, fused to hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Baculovirus.
