The microcolumns are prepared by conjugating Agarose with affinity purified PTL/PTA I. These microcolumns are used for MS and proteomic analysis to analyze of <100ul samples. Source: Winged bean Blood Specificity: Rabbit Agglutinin, O (- SA) Sugar Specificity: N-Acetylgalactosamine, Galactose Conjugate Specificity: Agarose Beads Inhibitory Carbohydrate: N-Acetylgalactosamine Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
