The microcolumns are prepared by conjugating Agarose with affinity purified Sambucus nigra Lectin (SNA/EBL I+II). These microcolumns are used for MS and proteomic analysis to analyze of <100ul samples. Source: Elderberry Sugar Specificity: Sialic Acid Conjugate Specificity: Agarose Beads Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
