Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa38-246 from mouse B7-1, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~52kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
