Source: Fusion protein corresponding to aa20-239 from human B7-2, fused to Avi-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of protein-protein interaction and in vitro and in vivo protein function studies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
