Human CD83 is a type 1 cell surface glycoprotein expressed almost solely by dendritic cells that play an important role in antigen presentation. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-144 from human CD83, fused to Avi-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~19kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.a
