Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-512 from human CSF1R, fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1 and with a C-Terminal Fc-Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~83kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
