Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa17-208 from human FCGR3A, fused to Avi-His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~25kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of western blot studies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
