Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa15-420 from human IDO2, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~46kD Assay Conditions: IDO2 activity was confirmed using the IDO2 Inhibitor Screening BioAssay(TM) Kit and following the protocol provided. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
