Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-191 from mouse TIM-3, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc region of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Fc-Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~47kD Applications: Useful as a positive control for Western Blot studies. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
