All buffers must be supplemented with 1mM CaCl2, MgCl2 and MnCl2. Recommended dilution to desired working concenration (20ug/ml) in TBS, pH 7.6. Following dilution with TBS and supplemented with metal ions, the RPL should be incubated for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to use to allow the metal complexation. Theoretical Ext. Coefficient [E0.1%]: 0.532 Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.
