Includes universal Tango buffer for double-digestions Concentration: ~10U/ul Isoschizomers: BstDEI, DdeI Specifications: Methylation Sensitivity: Not dam methylation-sensitive, Not dcm methylation-sensitive, Not CpG methylation-sensitive Enzyme: HpyF3I (DdeI) Compatible Buffer: 10x Buffer Tango Sensitive to Heat Inactivation: Yes Optimal Reaction Temperature: 37C Type IIS RE: No Unit Definition: One unit is defined as the amount of HpyF3I required to digest 1ug of lambda DNA in 1 hour at 37C in 50ul of recommended reaction buffer. Storage Buffer: HpyF3I is supplied in: 10mM Tris-HCl, (pH 7.4 at 25C), 100mM KCl, 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.2mg/ml BSA and 50% glycerol. Thermal Inactivation: HpyF3I is inactivated by incubation at 65C for 20 min.
