GRO gamma, also known as chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 3 (CXCL3) is a small cytokine belonging to the large CXC chemokine family involved in host defence and body homeostasis. It controls migration and adhesion of monocytes to the endothelium. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% carrier protein. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
