GRO gamma, also known as chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 3 (CXCL3) is a small cytokine belonging to the large CXC chemokine family involved in host defence and body homeostasis. It controls migration and adhesion of monocytes to the endothelium. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa32-104 from rabbit GRO gamma, expressed in Pichia pastoris Molecular Weight: ~7.9kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% carrier protein. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
