Rabbit IL-1 beta is a proinflammatory cytokine involved in regulation of the immune system including reactions to microbial infections. It induces T cell and B cell activation, promotes Th17 differentiation of T cells, fibroblast proliferation and collagen production. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% carrier protein. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
