IL-17A is a member of the IL-17 family involved in immune regulatory function by promoting the generation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, chemokine production, neutrophil recruitement, promotion of T cell priming, and antibody production. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa25-158 from guinea pig IL-17, expressed in Pichia pastoris Molecular Weight: ~17.0kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% carrier protein. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
