Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-300 from human Raftlin-2 protein
Upon bacterial lipopolysaccharide stimulation, mediates clathrin-dependent internalization of TLR4 in dendritic cells, resulting in activation of TICAM1- mediated signaling and subsequent IFNB1 production. May regulate B-cell antigen receptor-mediated signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
