Recombinant protein corresponding to aa668-955 from human TONSL.
Component of the MMS22L-TONSL complex, a complex that stimulates the recombination-dependent repair of stalled or collapsed replication forks. The MMS22L-TONSL complex is required to maintain genome integrity during DNA replication by promoting homologous recombination-mediated repair of replication fork-associated double-strand breaks. It may act by mediating the assembly of RAD51 filaments on ssDNA. Within the complex, may act as a scaffold. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
