Binds to and stimulates the transcription of the CCAAT-containing, cold-shock-inducible promoters of the H-NS and GyrA proteins. Binds also to the inverted repeat 5-ATTGG-3. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
