Produktbeschreibung

PA2 catalyzes the calcium-dependent hydrolysis of the 2-acyl groups in 3-sn-phosphoglycerides. Does not exhibit detectable activity toward sn-2-arachidonoyl- or linoleoyl-phosphatidylcholine or -phosphatidylethanolamine (By similarity). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa26-192 from mouse Group XIIA secretory phospholipase A2, fused to 10X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Baculovirus. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
