Non-catalytic subunit of the KPC complex that acts as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Required for poly-ubiquitination and proteasome-mediated degradation of CDKN1B during G1 phase of the cell cycle. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-405 from Ubiquitin-associated domain-containing protein 1, fused to GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~72.3kD Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized CCL5 at 2ug/ml can bind human UBAC1, the EC50 of human UBAC1 protein is 86.67-97.25ug/ml.
