Synaptosomal-associated protein 25, also known as Super protein, Synaptosomal-associated 25kD protein, SNAP25 and SNAP, is a cytoplasm and cell membrane protein which belongs to the SNAP-25 family. Recombinant protein corresponding to Ala2-Gly206 from human SNAP25 fused to 6X His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Swiss/Uniprot: P60880 Molecular Weight: ~26kD Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
