This kit is a sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of human adiponectin in serum, plasma, breast milk, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and tissue culture media. It is intended for in vitro and research use only. Features: The total assay time is less than three hours. The kit measures total adiponectin. Standards are recombinant adiponectin based. Quality controls are human serum based. No animal sera are used. Components of the kit are ready-to-use (with the exception of Dilution Buffer and Wash Solution).
