Purity: Purified by ion exchange chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against source serum protein and IgG. Appearance: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml PEG-8000, 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with TRITC (444D). Reconstitute with 1ml ddH2O. Concentration: ~1mg/ml (after reconstitution) Specificity: A single precipitin arc is produced in immunoelectrophoresis using this protein against anti-bovine albumin and anti-bovine serum. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Fluorescent Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
