Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. Purified by ion exchange chromatography. Immunoelectrophoresis assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-human albumin and anti-human serum.
