A selective inhibitor of [3H]-AMPA binding in rat brain membranes. AMOA shows little affinity for [3H]-kainate binding sites or other sites on Melting Point: 230C dec. Solubility: Hot Methanol, Water Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
