Pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines have a close structural resemblance to the substrates for the enzyme xanthine oxidase, hypoxanthine (6-hydroxypurine) and xanthine (2 Melting Point: >320C Solubility: Soluble in DMSO (forms a clear yellow solution) Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
