Produktbeschreibung

Synthetic peptide (Ac-AEKQKHDGRVKIGHYILGD-NH2) (linear) corresponding to aa4-22 of human AMP-Activated Protein Kinase a-pan. The peptide has an acetyl group blocking the amino terminus and an amide group blocking the carboxyl terminus. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
