Control Peptide for A2293-06 Peptide Sequence (linear): N-Q-R-R-N-P-E-N-G-G-R-R-Y-N-R-I-Q-H-G-Q-amide MW: 2552D Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: 1ug per 1ul of antiserum. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. .
