Control peptide for A2293-19 Peptide: Ac-C-N-N-F-R-K-S-V-D-S-T-G-R-R-Q-Y-Q-V-Q-N-G-P -amide (linear) MW: 2678D Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug peptide/ 1ul anti-serum. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
