Highly selective medium for isolation and quantitation of Bacillus cereus from foods. Appearance: Light greenish-beige, homogenous, free-flowing powder Solubility: Yellow to yellow-green, opaque, complete pH (RT ): 7.2 0.2 Cultural Response: Medium was prepared according to label directions with 5% sheep blood and inoculated with the organisms listed. Approximate inoculum: 1000fcu. Cultures were incubated aerobically at 30 2C and examined for growth at 18-48 hours.
