An intermediate in the synthesis of Lipid A, which is known to be responsible for most of the biological activities of the lipopolysaccharide of gram-negative bacteria. Melting Point: 173.5-175.5C Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
