Produktbeschreibung

Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:20. Permeabilisation necessary. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections can be followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG (1:25) and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex (1:50). Cannot be used on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues or tumors. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
