Specific Activity: ~20 pmol/min/ug Assay Conditions: Enzyme reaction was carried out for 1 hour at RT in a buffer containing 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM MgCl2, 1mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35, 200uM ATP Substrate: 2uM Tyr peptide 1. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
