Activity: 15,000-40,000U/ml (lot specific) (Elecsys CA15-3) Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry in supernatant samples. Not suitable for serum samples. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1000-4000U/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Assay for Contaminants: CA19-9 Assay: 70.38u/ml (0.35%) CA125 Assay: 144.4u/ml (0.73%) CEA: 10.27ng/ml (<0.1%) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
