Produktbeschreibung

Source: 14 amino acids at the C-terminus of the human CARMA1 protein (1,2). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and blocking the activity of the CARMA1 antibody. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Blocks the antibody activity completely by Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
