Produktbeschreibung

Source: Recombinant corresponding to CD33 signal peptide(aa1-16) and human cathepsin S (aa17-331) with C-terminal HIS tag expressed in FreeStyle 293-F cells (NM_004079.3). Specific Activity: 8100pmol/min/ng. Assay Condition: 50mM sodium acetate, pH 4.5, 0.25M sodium chloride, 5mM DTT, 10uM substrate (Mca-R-P-K-P-V-E-Nval-W-R-K (Dnp)-NH2), 10 minutes at RT. Enzyme was preactivated in 50mM sodium acetate, pH 4.5, 0.25M sodium chloride, 5mM DTT buffer for 2 hours at RT prior to reaction. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
