CD37 is strongly expressed on the surface of human peripheral blood B cells and on B cells from the germinal center in lymph nodes. In the ontogeny of the B cells, CD37 appears at a late stage, but is not expressed on plasma cells. A main feature of CD37 is its high content of carbohydrate antigen 45%). CD37 has a very low but significant reactivity with T cells, granulocytes and monocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, FLISA, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin and frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
