Produktbeschreibung

CD49e/CD29 heterodimeric fibronectin receptor. It is expressed on thymocytes, activated T cells, mast cells, and a variety of mouse cell lines. Soluble antibody inhibits VLA-5-mediated functions in vitro. Immobilized antibody has also been demonstrated to co-stimulate the proliferative response of CD8+ T cells to plate-bound anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Though not tested frozen Immunohistochemistry application has been reported in literature (ref. 3). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
