Produktbeschreibung

Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immnocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, FACS and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000. For use on acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000. Will react with some lymphoid cell lines (B cells), many carcinoma and melanoma cell lines and osteosarcomas. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
