Detects an antigen of 90kD. Clone 84H10 has been reported to block ICAM1 mediated cellular adhesion and block binding of LFA-1 and P. falciparum to ICAM-1. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Applications: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10 Immunohistochemistry: (frozen)- 1:20-1:50 Immunoprecipitation: 5ug / 10e7 cells Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
