Produktbeschreibung

Human CD54 (ICAM-1) mediates cell adhesion by binding to the integrins CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1) and to CD11b/CD18 (Mac-1). CD54 expression on resting peripheral blood leukocytes is weak but is upregulated on activated T and B lymphocytes and on monocytes. Molecular Structure: A soluble dimeric fusion protein consisting of the extracellular (451aa) domain of human CD54 (including signal peptide) fused to murine IgG2a Fc (232aa). Predicted monomeric molecular weight of mature construct 76.1kD (amino acid composition only). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
