PI-linked glycoprotein, Mw 18-20kD is found on all types of leukocytes including platelets. The antigen is expressed on many hemapoietic and non-hemapoietic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
