CD59 (Protectin) is a 19-25kD glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein expressed on all hematopoietic cells. It is widely present on cells in all tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-4ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
