MaxLight(TM)550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)546, 555, DyLight(TM)549 , Cy3(TM), TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP, F(ab)2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control Applications: Flow Cytometry: 1:20 Immunohistochemistry: (frozen)- 0.5-2ug/ml Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
