Human CD62L is as adhesion molecule found on most leukocytes and plays a primary role in mediating initial leukocyte interaction with activated vascular endothelium (1). Human CD62L has signal transduction functions where engagement leads to increased calcium levels and upregulated expression of certain integrins (2). Functional Application: Antibody blocks CD62L function and induces expression of beta-1 and beta-2 integrins (1). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
