Human CD134 (OX40) (ACT35) is an activation-associated antigen which is predominantly expressed on activated CD4 positive cells. CD134 antigen is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family of molecules and may be involved with regulating T cell-dependent B cell proliferation and differentiation (2). Human CD134(OX40)-muIg Fusion Protein* Molecular Structure: A soluble molecule consisting of the extracellular (177aa) domain of human CD134 fused to the murine IgG2a Fc (233aa). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. CD134-muIg fusion protein blocks binding of anti-human CD134 to human tumor cells. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: C2515-26AX was reactive in EIA using a Goat-anti-mouse-Ig antibody capture, folowed by detection using C2515-19A and Streptavidin/HRP. It was also reactive utilizing C2515-40F followed by C2259-11B for detection. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
