MaxLight(TM)650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)647, DyLight(TM)649, Cy5(TM) and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm), Emission (676nm), Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD154 is expressed predominantly on activated CD4+ T lymphocytes, and acts as a costimulatory molecule in B cell differentiation/proliferation, immunoglobulin switching and germinal centre formation, through interaction with the CD40 receptor on B cells, and cytokines secreted by activated T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2.5-5.0ug/ml FLISA (indirect), 0.5-2.0ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Reinheit:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Formulierung:
